About Us

August Coffee is a busy, well-loved specialty cafe located in North Strathfield. We pride ourselves on high-quality coffee, great food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Cafe Supervisor to help lead our Front of House team and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support the Front of House team during busy shifts
- Maintain high standards of customer service, food, and coffee quality
- Coordinate smoothly between the floor, barista bar, and kitchen
- Assist with opening/closing procedures, daily cash handling, and basic stock control
- Train and guide junior and casual staff on shift

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as a Cafe Supervisor, Team Leader,



or Senior All-Rounder in a fast-paced cafe
- Must be available to work weekends (5-day rotating or fixed roster)
- Robust communication skills and a positive, leads-by-example attitude
- Calm and organised under pressure during peak hours
- Barista skills are highly regarded (though your primary focus is floor & shift leadership)
- Full Australian working rights

What We Offer

- Competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 + Super
