What You'll Be Doing

- Schedule daily jobs for a team of 12 drivers

- Coordinate drivers, fleet availability and job allocations

- Manage last-minute changes and operational issues

- Liaise with customers and internal teams to keep things running smoothly

- Be on-call once every two weeks

About You

- Experience in scheduling, dispatch, transport or fleet coordination

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Able to multitask and respond quickly under pressure

- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a busy environment
