Casual Position – Frankston

Sims & Finn Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable person to join our team at our Frankston clinic!

We're a busy, well-established chiropractic practice with clinics in Frankston, Pakenham and Dandenong. We pride ourselves on providing a warm, welcoming and professional workplace for both our patients and our staff.

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude and takes pride in their work.

About the role

This position is much more than your typical reception job. You'll be working closely with our chiropractors and other reception staff to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and our patients receive the best possible experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming patients and creating a friendly, positive environment.

Managing appointments, bookings and busy patient schedules.

Answering phone calls, emails and general enquiries.

Processing payments and completing administrative duties.

Assisting chiropractors with patient scans and assessments, where appropriate and with training.

Managing patient flow throughout the clinic.

Working closely with our team to ensure the clinic operates efficiently.

Previous experience in medical reception, administration or customer service would be an advantage, although we're more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude. Full training will be provided.

Hours and availability

This is a casual position with shifts primarily based at our Frankston clinic.

Our operating hours generally fall between 7:45 am and 8:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.

Applicants will need to have some flexibility across morning, afternoon and evening shifts, including Saturday mornings. The ability to assist with additional shifts when other staff are on leave or unavailable is also important.

Location and travel requirements

While this position will primarily be based in Frankston, we also operate clinics in Pakenham and Dandenong.

There may be a requirement to work at these locations in the future, so applicants must hold a valid driver's licence, have access to their own reliable vehicle and be comfortable travelling between clinics when required.
