GFP Events is seeking a hands-on Event & Photography Coordinator to deliver graduation events across Queensland. This permanent part-time role (4 days/week) focuses on photography services, coordinating preparation and in office delivery, and leading photography teams to meet GFP’s quality standards.

You’ll oversee equipment, manage photography workflows, and support broader event coordination to ensure smooth, memorable experiences for graduates and university partners.
