About the Role:

- As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, providing friendly, ----knowledgeable support across phone and email.
n
- You'll build relationships, solve problems and help customers find the right solutions, all while developing valuable experience within the health insurance industry.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
n
- Build rapport and understand individual customer needs
n
- Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
n
- Resolve enquiries and identify opportunities to improve customer experiences
n
- Maintain accurate customer records across multiple systems
n
- Work collaboratively within a supportive, high-performing team

About You:

You'll be a confident communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people and solving problems.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Previous customer service, contact centre, banking, insurance, superannuation or similar experience
n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
- A confident and engaging phone manner
n
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
- Confidence navigating multiple systems
n
- A positive, resilient attitude and eagerness to learn
