Located in Eight Mile Plains, our client is known for its supportive culture, modern facilities, and commitment to training & development. We are currently recruiting for our production and assembly team, with an immediate focus on the specialised preparation, assembly, and packaging of precision medical devices with full training provided.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Hands-On Assembly: Assemble, wash, prepare, or pack delicate medical components with care and accuracy.
- Quality & Detail: Follow clear work instructions and complete quality checks to ensure products meet regulatory standards.
- Packaging & Labelling: Package, label, and prepare finished products for sterilization and distribution.
- Working Environment: Work in a modern, clean, and climate-controlled production area with PPE provided.
- Target-Driven Production: Work towards consistent daily production targets and KPIs.

- Have previous experience in manufacturing, process-work, laboratory, warehousing, pick packing or similar environments.

- Are available for full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
- Hold a current and valid driver's license or have reliable transport.
- Are able to complete a pre-employment health & fitness assessment as part of the recruitment process.
