What’s the role?

As a Team Assistant & Delivery Coordinator supporting the Chief Product Owners across UCO, you'll play a pivotal role in keeping teams organised, connected and operating effectively. You'll provide high-level administrative, coordination and operational support, partnering closely with senior leaders to manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, maintain workforce administration activities, and support reporting and governance requirements. Acting as a trusted central point of coordination, you'll help ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the delivery environment while supporting planning activities, team engagement initiatives and leadership forums. This is a fast-paced, highly visible role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving operational excellence.

What do I need?

- Proven experience providing executive, team assistant, project coordination or administrative support in a complex environment
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate complex calendars and deliver with accuracy under pressure
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence supporting senior leaders and partnering across diverse teams
- Proactive, adaptable and discreet,



with a customer-focused mindset and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools, with exposure to Agile, Product, Technology or Delivery environments would be highly regarded
