Clean Society Australia PTY LTD – Newcastle NSW

Position Available: Window & Pressure Cleaning Technician

Love being outdoors and on the move? Would you rather finish the day with something to show for it than sit behind a desk?

Clean Society is Newcastle’s highest-rated exterior cleaning company. We have more than 550 five-star Google reviews and a growing list of residential and commercial clients across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, the Hunter and the Central Coast. We’re growing, and we need a hardworking technician to join the team on the tools immediately.

What the job looks like:

Window cleaning, pressure cleaning and soft washing on homes, strata and commercial buildings

Different sites every day, so no two days are the same

Working at height on ladders, and from a boom lift on bigger commercial jobs (training provided)

Using professional equipment and cleaning chemicals safely

Leaving every customer totally thrilled! We’re known for quality results and respectful, reliable service, and on site you’ll be the face of that

Working on your own and alongside the team

You’ll suit this role if you:

Enjoy physical, hands-on work in all weather conditions

Think through problems and workflows logically, from start to finish

Have done physically demanding work before

Take pride in doing the job properly, not just quickly

Are reliable and turn up on time, every time

Are comfortable at heights, or happy to be trained

Communicate often and well, and present professionally with customers

Are safety-conscious and keen to learn new skills

Want to build a career and earn more through performance, not just clock hours

This role tends to suit people who love fitness, camping, hiking or hands-on hobbies. If you’d rather be active than sitting still, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll need

A current unrestricted driver’s licence and reliable transport

The fitness and strength to be on your feet, climbing ladders and handling gear all day, in all weather

The right to work in Australia

Non-smoker preferred

A White Card, working-at-heights or EWP ticket is a bonus but not essential

No window or pressure cleaning experience? That’s fine. We’ll train you properly.

What you get

A competitive hourly rate plus commission

Full on-the-job training from an experienced team

A path to senior technician and team-leader roles

A tight-knit team that recognises and rewards excellent work

The chance to be part of a business with a reputation you’ll be proud of

We are an equal opportunity employer and warmly invite all qualified candidates to apply.
