Gough Recruitment on the Gold Coast is seeking a Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of ~180 properties, oversee maintenance, renewals and vacates, and support a busy team in a fast-paced market.

In addition to a current QLD Real Estate Certificate and robust client relationships, you will mentor junior staff and coordinate with admins. On-site parking is available, with growth into Team Leader opportunities within the office.
