MADEC is seeking a Casual Regional Liaison Officer to support PALM workers across Brisbane. You will act as a trusted point of contact, helping workers settle in, access wellbeing support and navigate everyday challenges with urgency and accountability.

You’ll liaise with host employers, coordinate arrivals and inductions, support accommodation inspections and regular check-ins, and report any issues to MADEC’s support teams. Local knowledge of Brisbane is a plus.
