Westpac is seeking a senior technical leader to drive the enterprise transition from AppDynamics to Elastic Observability using OpenTelemetry. You will define instrumentation standards, build scalable telemetry pipelines and guide SRE adoption, with automation to improve reliability and scalability.

You will mentor engineering and SRE teams, implement automated checks, and decommission legacy tooling safely. Superior communication across a large bank is essential for success.
