Papi's Birria Tacos in Sydney is seeking a motivated Late Night Cook/Kitchen Hand for casual, part-time shifts. You will join a busy back-of-house crew to deliver great food and vibes, with a focus on Friday and Saturday nights.

Ideal candidates have kitchen or hospitality experience or are eager to learn; you will handle food prep, cleaning, deliveries, and safety standards while thriving in a quick-paced team environment. Weekend and evening availability is essential, and training is provided.
