JSCI Pty Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Chef to join their Darwin team in a full time role.

Applicants must have:

- A formal qualification (relevant Certificate IV and/or above)
- At least 1 year full-time relevant industry experience
- Solid knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
- Passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Preparing and cooking a diverse range of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Adhering to strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Assisting and leading with menu planning and development
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- Providing guidance and mentoring to junior members of the kitchen staff
