Salary - $80,000 to $85,000 plus Super

About the role: -

The Marketing Specialist at ITAL will be responsible for planning, developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The successful candidate will analyse market trends, identify customer preferences, coordinate promotional activities and evaluate campaign performance to improve marketing effectiveness and achieve business objectives

Minimum requirement

- Minimum of Bachelor Degree with 1 year of experience

Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies, policies and promotional campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
- Analyse consumer data and market insights to identify target audiences and improve marketing outcomes.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, email and other relevant platforms.
- Develop marketing materials, promotional content and advertising campaigns to support the promotion of the business's products and services.




- Monitor campaign performance using relevant analytics tools and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate advertising, promotional events and other marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across marketing communications.
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, advertising agencies and other stakeholders to coordinate marketing activities.
- Monitor marketing expenditure, assess return on investment and recommend improvements to marketing strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand market reach, attract new customers and strengthen existing customer relationships.

Skills & Qualities Required:

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media management and marketing analytics tools.
- Solid organisational, project management and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
