We are working on an opportunity to join a globally recognised digital business, partnering with some of the world's leading brands across 55+ markets.

With a focus on innovation, technology and customer experience, this is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative People & Culture team supporting the Australian business.

The Opportunity: This is a hands-on People Coordinator role with a strong focus on Workday HRIS administration, data integrity, reporting and system optimisation.

You'll manage day-to-day Workday processes, support the employee lifecycle and identify opportunities to streamline systems and improve efficiencies. Alongside this, you'll provide broader HR support across recruitment coordination and performance cycles.
Ideal for someone who enjoys the technical side of HR and wants to make a genuine impact beyond traditional HR administration.

Experience Needed & What You'll Be Working On:

- Hands-on Workday HRIS experience, including employee data, transactions, workflows and reporting (Workday experience is a non-negotiable)




- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes and offboarding.
- Experience maintaining data integrity, conducting audits and supporting HR compliance.
- A proactive approach to troubleshooting, system optimisation and process improvement.
- Recruitment coordination experience, including interview scheduling and Greenhouse administration, is required. Exposure to performance cycles is advantageous.
