Warwick Recycling Facilities| Part-time hours | Weekend required for Supervisor level, Forklift Licence Preferred

Endeavour Foundations provides onsite operational support to the local councils at the Resource Recycling Centres across the various Southern Downs Region waste facilities. Endeavour foundations operate the waste facilities and Recycling Second hand shop at our major locations in Warwick and Stanthorpe.

About the Role

As a Shift Supervisor your objective is to lead the waste facility team and coordinate the recycling and retail functions of the waste facility to ensure Endeavour meet their contractual requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Shifts will be rostered on over weekends based at the Warwick facility

- Provide full supervision of all staff during the relevant shift to ensure all objectives are met.

- Liaise with contractors, external suppliers and/or council or government representatives as required to ensure their requests are met and accurate information is provided.

- Lead and drive a performance focused culture and inspire a sense of purpose throughout the team.

What You’ll Bring to the team





- Mandatory requirement to hold and maintain a current Queensland Drivers License with no suspensions or disqualifications
- Has the ability to move and lift items as required
- Has the flexibility (as required) to work some shifts in different waste facilities on a rotational basis to fulfil the contractual requirements of Endeavour Industries.
- Committed to undertaking and obtaining the relevant Security and Worker Screening Check(s) including a paid employment NDIS/Yellow Card Clearance, paid employment Blue Card Clearance and employee Fit2Work (Australian Criminal History) Check during employment with Endeavour.
