Our Opportunity

We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding casual opportunity at our Mount Hutton centre for a Dental Assistant, with chair-side experience preferred.

Our up-to-date 3-chair practice delivers general dentistry, dental implants, surgical extractions and Invisalign, and you’ll be joining a close-knit team with a genuinely good culture who enjoy working together while providing exceptional patient care.

- Minimum of 3 weekdays’ availability required
- Availability for rotating Saturdays is essential - higher hourly weekend rates apply!
- Located in Lake Macquarie Fair shopping centre, with parking, public transport and everyday amenities at your door
- Backed by a supportive Centre Leader and growing patient base

Your Skills and Attributes

Above all, you're friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You’ll also bring:

- Experience as a Dental Assistant across chair-side and sterilisation is preferred, but we’re open to those keen to build their career in dental
- Flexible to support reception when needed
- Strong understanding of sterilisation and infection control protocols (or a willingness to learn)
- A caring, team-focused approach to patient care
- Reliability, punctuality, and a desire for high standards
