A major bank in Sydney is seeking a Senior Power Platform Engineer for a 12 month contract likely to extend.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and support solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and related services
- Contribute to the ongoing management and evolution of the enterprise Power Platform environment
- Partner with security architects, risk teams and governance stakeholders to ensure solutions meet compliance and security requirements
- Assess and identify potential risks associated with new solutions and integrations
- Drive best practices across platform governance, development standards and operational processes
- Work across Azure services to extend and integrate Power Platform solutions
- Leverage GitHub for source control, CI/CD and engineering best practices
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers within the team

Key Skills / Experience:





- Solid hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience working within enterprise-scale or regulated environments
- Solid understanding of governance, security, compliance and risk management principles
- Strong Azure experience, particularly where it integrates with Power Platform solutions
- Experience using GitHub for version control and deployment processes
- Experience supporting AI capabilities – highly desirable
