- Previous real estate experience & a current Real Estate Certificate essential

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and enthusiastic Property Management Assistant to join a highly regarded boutique agency based in Paddington.

With continued growth across the business, they are looking for someone with a genuine passion for real estate who is eager to develop their skills and build a long-term career in Property Management.

Responsibilities:

- Conducting inspections, entry reports and open homes
- Processing applications and new tenancies
- Assisting with maintenance, renewals and general PM duties
- Preparing landlord and tenant documentation
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Managing keys and assisting with vacates
- Following established systems and procedures
- Providing general admin and reception support
- Work 1 in 5 Saturday's (which you are paid for on top of your salary)

About you:





- QLD Certificate of Registration
- Prior experience within Real Estate admin, reception or Property Management
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Positive attitude, team-focused and eager to learn
