THE ROLE

Customers rely on this platform every day. Too much of what they do on it is still manual and slow. Your job is to make it simple, fast and reliable. You will run the roadmap and backlog for a core part of the platform, working side by side with engineers, designers, operations and risk.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Decide what gets built next across new features, enhancements and bug fixes
- Own the backlog end to end, from problem to shipped to measured
- Use data and customer feedback to back your decisions
- Hold your own with senior stakeholders and argue a clear point of view
- Get close to the tech: read an API spec, look at code, understand the complexity
- Pick up unfamiliar areas rapid, without waiting to be briefed

WHO WE WANT TO MEET

- 8+ years in product management or product owner roles on customer-facing digital products
- A digital product background from any sector (retail, telco, SaaS, marketplace, health, fintech)
- Keen to work in a regulated, high-stakes space where accuracy matters
- Technical enough to prototype or test an idea instead of waiting on engineering
- Adaptable. You are across customers, tech and design, not stuck in one lane

NICE TO HAVE

- Something you have built on the side using AI, and what you learned from it
- Experience with transactional or workflow-heavy products
