Most coordinators spend their day chasing. In this seat, you build the system that means nobody has to. You'll run the ongoing client engine for Aureus Accounting: every client on track, every meeting worth having, and every team member's time visible and billable.

The role in three sentences

You own the rhythm of our ongoing accounting clients from the day onboarding finishes. You keep Karbon accurate, timesheets complete and the team on target. Success is clients who stay, refer and tell us we exceeded what they expected.

Why this matters

Our clients are business owners who want more than compliance. They want a budget, a live tax plan, regular reporting and an accountant who knows their priorities. Your job is to make sure that happens for every client, every time, without anyone working late to cover a gap.

What you will do

- Karbon integrity: keep every workflow on the right steps, statuses current and records clean, and raise it when a process needs fixing.
- Team productivity: make sure every team member logs time daily and the billable team moves from 70% to 85%.
- Client success: keep every package client on track with a current budget,



Fathom reporting, tax plan and compliance schedule, and make sure every client meeting has an agenda before it starts.

What success looks like in your first 90 days

- Karbon statuses current across your clients, with a monthly audit in place.
- Every team member logging time daily.
- Every ongoing client meeting running from an agenda sent in advance.

What you need to bring

- 3+ Accounting experience, in an accounting practice or an accounting or finance role (required).
- Client service or coordination experience.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Experience with Karbon, Xero, Now Infinity and Ignition is highly regarded.
- Availability to work in the AU time zone
