Tenacity CX is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead risk posture development for a major Defence capability program in Canberra. You will operate at executive levels, owning risk governance, and delivering robust risk insights with confidence.

The role requires deep Defence experience, a track record of briefing SES/Band 1-2 leaders, and the ability to integrate risk with cost and schedule controls. NV1 clearance is expected.
