In this rewarding role, you will undertake comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement person-centred care plans, closely monitor patient wellbeing and respond effectively to changing clinical situations.

You will work collaboratively with medical, nursing and allied health teams while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety, therapeutic engagement and evidence-based practice. The Close Observations Unit provides a dynamic environment where clinical skills, critical thinking and effective communication are highly valued.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and who thrives in a supportive team environment. You will demonstrate sound clinical knowledge, excellent assessment and communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional when working with patients experiencing challenging or complex presentations.

This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your nursing career while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.
