Are you an experienced landscaper who knows how to lead a crew, operate machinery and get the job done right?

Joii Landscaping is looking for a hands-on Team Leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example and doesn't afraid to roll up their sleeves. With a steady pipeline of both commercial and residential projects, we offer consistent work for someone who wants to be part of a team that gets things done.

What you'll be doing:

Leading from the front and working hands-on with the team every day

Operating mini excavators, Bobcats, and other landscaping machinery

Setting out jobs, managing levels, and coordinating site preparation

Delivering quality landscaping works from start to finish

Keeping projects on track, maintaining productivity, and ensuring high standards

Managing day-to-day site activities and getting the best out of your crew

Maintaining a safe, organised, and professional worksite

What we're looking for:





Solid landscaping experience and the ability to lead a team on-site

Confident machinery operation experience, including mini excavators and Bobcats

Relevant machinery licences, tickets, or competencies for the equipment you'll operate

A strong understanding of site set-out, levels and landscaping construction

A practical, can-do attitude and the ability to take ownership of a job

A robust work ethic, good communication skills, and a commitment to quality

A current driver's licence and reliable transport

Fencing experience is a big plus!
