A busy Tweed Heads cafe is looking for an experienced Barista to join the team. To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following
Proven Barista Skillswith fast paced, high volume coffee making
Able to complete other responsibilities around the cafe
Exceptional customer service standards is essential
Impeccable and professional communication skills
The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced workplace
An eye for cleanliness and perfection
Be available to work a rotating roster, 7 Days, 6AM to 4PM
