Humanised Group is recruiting an IT Support Technician for a Brisbane-based IT services provider. You will join a growing technical team, handle Level 1.5–2 support, and work across multiple client environments to troubleshoot issues and support other technicians.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT support, MSP experience, and hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory. Adaptable working arrangements and ongoing training are on offer.
