Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager

Industrial & Commercial Construction | $60M Project

An opportunity to join a well-established construction team delivering a major $60M industrial/commercial project. We're looking for a capable Project Manager or ambitious Assistant Project Manager to work closely with an experienced Senior Project Manager on a significant build, supported by a full and established site team. This is an opportunity to be involved in a substantial project without having to build a team from scratch, with the support and structure to focus on delivering quality outcomes.

The Role

- Managing project programmes, costs and procurement.
- Overseeing contract administration, variations and progress claims.
- Monitoring quality, safety and construction progress.
- Working closely with the site team to drive programme and delivery outcomes.
- Maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

About You





- Experience delivering commercial or industrial construction projects.
- A background as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager, ready to take the next step.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively with site teams and subcontractors.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
