New South Wales Rugby League (NSWRL), the governing body for rugby league in NSW and the ACT and home of the NSW Blues, is looking for a Brand, Creative & Content Manager.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Communications, this hands‑on leadership role leads the brand, creative and content direction of the NSW Blues and the wider NSWRL, making sure the organisation presents a compelling, consistent and premium identity across every audience touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and evolve the NSW Blues brand strategy across platforms, campaigns, events, merchandise and partnerships
- Develop an always‑on content and storytelling strategy that extends beyond the State of Origin window
- Lead major creative moments and premium content, including team announcements, jersey launches, Origin campaigns and documentaries
- Oversee forward content planning, resource allocation and creative priorities
- Build relationships with players, coaches, clubs, broadcasters and key stakeholders




- Work with the Digital Manager on content strategies informed by audience and channel insight
- Work with the Commercial team to create authentic partner content

About You

- An undergraduate degree in Communications, Media or equivalent
- Experience in creative direction, brand development and content production
- A track record of delivering brand strategies, campaigns and creative concepts across digital and social channels
- Advanced video production skills across short‑form, social‑first and long‑form content
- Experience leading content producers, videographers, designers, agencies and freelancers
- A strong understanding of social media, digital trends and performance insights
