Claro Disability Services is seeking a Senior Support Worker on a part time basis to join our team on the Gold Coast. The role combines hands-on care with leadership and coordination to support participants according to their care plans and goals.

You will mentor frontline staff, act as the primary onsite contact, and collaborate with families, care teams, and external partners to ensure high-quality, person-centred care while upholding professional boundaries and confidentiality.
