Pino's al Mare in Cronulla is seeking a Senior Manager who loves hospitality and Italian dining. You will lead service on the floor, maintain standards, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations from rostering to supplier communication.

This role offers a rotating 4 and 5 day week, a explicit path to Restaurant Manager, and a supportive owner-operated team. A background in quality dining and experience with private events are essential.
