About the Role

As a Drill Fitter, you will be responsible for delivering high-level technical support and ensuring optimal fleet performance across customer operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose, fault-find, repair and service drill equipment across customer sites
- Provide advanced technical support and on-site training to customers
- Conduct root cause analysis and develop defect elimination programs
- Collaborate with customer maintenance planning teams to develop forecasts, task lists and maintenance instructions
- Facilitate and complete product upgrades as required
