Queensland Government Community Corrections is seeking a culturally capable practitioner to support case management for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander offenders. You will liaise with staff, build community connections, and promote culturally protected practices to help offenders reintegrate.

The role involves coordinating with Case Managers, facilitating brief interventions, and engaging with communities during NAIDOC Week events to strengthen relationships and service delivery.
