Coast & Country Primary Care (CCPC) is a NSW-based not-for-profit delivering health and community programs. The Social Worker (Mental Health) will join a multidisciplinary team delivering psychosocial supports across Bathurst, Orange and surrounding region to promote recovery and community participation.
The role requires at least three years post-qualification experience, WWCC and CRC, a valid First Aid/CPR, and a driver’s license with willingness to travel in Western NSW.
