THE CLIENT

THE ROLE

- Processing end-to-end payroll for a designated group of employees
- Managing recent starters, terminations and employee lifecycle changes
- Maintaining payroll records, leave balances and payroll data integrity
- Interpreting awards and enterprise agreements




- Responding to payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders
- Processing superannuation and assisting with payroll reporting requirements
- Ensuring payroll compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
- Building strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Contributing to process enhancement and payroll improvement initiatives

THE PERSON

- 1+ years payroll experience, ideally within a smaller company with end to end payroll experience
- Confidence managing manual calculations and payroll adjustments
- Experience with Awards/EBAs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build stakeholder relationships
- Self-motivated with a proactive and team-oriented approach
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate outcomes
- Full Australian working rights as this is a permanent position
