THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Group General Manager, you'll lead restaurant operations across three venues, taking ownership of commercial results, operational standards and leadership capability.

Working closely with your Restaurant Managers, you'll drive consistency, improve profitability and create the conditions for each venue to thrive.

A contemporary Asian dining destination bringing a fresh culinary experience to SBCC's iconic waterfront precinct.

- Nonna Bizzarro | The Exchange Hotel, Newcastle: Vibrant Italian dining with plenty of personality and a robust local following.
