Flexco Australia is creating one of WA’s most advanced manufacturing facilities and is looking for skilled CNC Operators to join the team from day one. Working in a purpose-built workshop equipped with state-of-the-art laser cutting, machining, welding, forming, and assembly equipment, this is a rare opportunity to build complete products from raw material through to finished assembly.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines and computer-controlled manufacturing equipment
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, work orders, and specifications
- Set up machinery, tooling, fixtures, and workpieces for production
- Monitor machining operations and adjust settings as required
- Perform quality inspections using precision measuring equipment
- Complete routine machine maintenance and housekeeping duties
- Maintain accurate production and quality records




- Follow all workplace health, safety, and quality procedures
- Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams

About You

To be successful, you will possess:

- Previous experience operating CNC machinery within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Experience setting up machines and tooling
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Strong safety awareness and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Australian working rights

Desirable Qualifications

- Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical) or similar trade qualification
- Forklift Licence (LF)
- CNC programming experience
