Job Description

- Lead business analysis activities across a Workday transformation program
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Gather, document and validate business requirements
- Analyse current and future-state business processes
- Support project scoping and discovery activities
- Identify risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop business cases, process maps and supporting documentation
- Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to drive outcomes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:

- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- Demonstrated Workday project experience




- Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
- Experience working within large transformation programs
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong workshop facilitation skills
- Experience operating in ambiguous or greenfield environments
- Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running
