Job Description

- A highly adaptable demand planning opportunity (3 days work from home)
- Develop and maintain demand plans to support stock availability and supply planning.
- Review demand information and update forecasts to guide procurement and supply chain decisions.
- Monitor customer orders and coordinate order processing to support timely fulfilment.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide clear updates on orders, products and delivery status.
- Work with internal teams to resolve order issues and maintain accurate customer information.
- Track product demand and order trends to identify planning changes that may affect supply.
- Maintain demand planning and customer service records to support accurate reporting and follow-up.
- Contribute to practical improvements across demand planning,



order management and customer service activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Demand Planner should have:

- Experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply planning activities.
- Experienced in Advanced Planning Systems (SAP APO, Kinaxus etc.)
- Experience managing customer orders and responding to customer enquiries.
- Ability to review demand information and maintain accurate planning records.
- Capability to coordinate with internal teams to resolve order and supply-related matters.
- Experience maintaining customer, order and product information accurately.
- Ability to communicate clear order and delivery updates to customers.
