Job Description

- Prepare monthly management reports, budgets and forecasts to support business performance and strategic decision making
- Analyse financial results, providing commentary on variances, trends and key business drivers
- Partner with operational stakeholders to deliver financial insights and improve commercial outcomes
- Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes
- Monitor business performance through KPI reporting, cash flow analysis and profitability reviews
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy and operational efficiency

The Successful Applicant

Our ideal candidate should have:

- CA,



CPA or equivalent accounting qualification
- 3-6 year's experience in a Management Accounting, Commercial Finance or Business Partnering role
- Solid budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills
- Experience partnering with operational stakeholders and non finance teams
- Advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems
- The ability to translate financial data into meaningful commercial insights
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills (must have)
