Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join a respected organisation on a temporary contract. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position for a confident HR professional who enjoys tackling complex people matters, partnering with leaders, and driving best-practice HR outcomes.

You'll be the go-to HR expert, providing practical advice and support across the full employee lifecycle while helping leaders navigate workforce challenges with confidence.

Responsibilities include;

- Providing expert advice to managers on employee relations, performance and workplace matters
- Managing investigations, grievances and complex case management
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities
- Reviewing and improving HR policies, procedures and compliance frameworks
- Coaching leaders to build capability and drive high-performance teams




- Maintaining HR reporting and workforce data
- Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant

You're a seasoned HR generalist who can quickly build credibility, navigate complexity and confidently operate in a standalone or partnering environment.

You'll bring:

- Experience as a Senior HR Advisor, HR Business Partner or equivalent
- Solid employee relations and case management expertise
- Sound working knowledge of Australian employment legislation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running
