The Centre for Learning and Teaching
The Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT) contributes to the leadership and implementation of strategic teaching and learning and change across the University through collaborative partnerships with Schools and Service Centres. CLT provisions professional learning for all teaching roles in the University to promote evidenced based and scholarly practice.
Additionally, CLT leads the implementation of learning technologies across the University, delivery of learning support programs for students, and active support of Schools to deliver best practice curriculum design, assessment, and teaching practice.

- Driving strategic outcomes for online teaching practice, including collaborating on standards and pilots for enhancing practice
- Championing programmatic learning with School leadership teams, by working with them and others in CLT to tailor professional learning to the requirements of their disciplines and needs of their staff
We are looking for an internal-to-ECU candidate that wants to help shape our approach to professional learning for academic staff implementing curriculum transformation.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be:
- An inspirational leader or emerging leader with a proven track record of designing curriculum and facilitating learning
