THE JOB:

- Learn to monitor, operate and maintain milling equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality in compliance with established standards.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve production and continuous improvement goals.

- Undertake hygiene tasks to ensure the highest standard of food safety are maintained

- Assist with regular testing of wheat and flour to meet company and customer quality standards.

- Follow all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) procedures. Identify and report safety issues within the mill and the broader workplace to maintain a safe working environment.

- Accurately complete and maintain all required documentation

The position will involve shift work on a rotating roster

ABOUT YOU:

- Curious nature and willingness to learn

- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy





- Well developed communication skills

- Possess strong numeracy and English literacy skills

- Enjoy working in a rapid-paced environment

- Able to work effectively independently and within a team

- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and skills to pick up and learn new computer programs quickly
