About the Role:

Are you a UK-trained Radiographer ready for your next adventure? We are seeking an experienced MRI / CT Radiographer for an ongoing locum placement with a well-established regional imaging department in Launceston, northern Tasmania. You will have a strong caseload across advanced imaging modalities and a supportive team, plus the chance to explore one of Australia’s most beautiful states. Flights, accommodation and a hire car are all provided, so you can focus on settling in and enjoying the lifestyle. Our team will guide you through the move, including AHPRA registration and the steps to start working in Australia.

- Perform MRI and CT examinations across a varied range of referrals
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images in line with departmental protocols, MRI safety and radiation safety standards
- Complete MRI safety screening and provide safe, patient-centred care throughout each scan
- Work collaboratively with radiologists, referrers and the wider imaging team
- Maintain accurate imaging records and documentation

About You:

- Qualified Diagnostic Radiographer with MRI and CT experience, trained in the UK (HCPC registered) or Australia
- AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner, or eligible to apply (we can guide you through the process)
- Ideally at least 1 year of post-graduate experience
- Eligible for an Australian visa or holding valid working rights
- National Police Clearance (or overseas equivalent)
- Able to commit to an ongoing locum placement
