About the role

ACLE SERVICES PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Moree, NSW. This is a pivotal leadership position within our construction operations, where you will oversee all aspects of site management to ensure Solar Farm projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining communication between all stakeholders to drive project success.

What you'll be doing

- Planning and organising daily site activities to ensure efficient project execution and compliance with timelines

- Supervising and managing construction teams, including subcontractors, electricians, labourers and tradespeople

- Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks in conjunction with the Quality manager, to ensure work meets specifications and safety standards

- Monitoring budget expenditure and controlling costs to ensure the project remains within financial parameters

- Implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols in conjunction with our HSE Team, including conducting toolbox talks and hazard assessments

- Liaising with clients, project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and resolve issues

- Managing site documentation, including permits, certifications, records and compliance documentation

- Ordering and coordinating the delivery of materials and plant equipment to site

- Identifying and managing project risks, implementing corrective actions when necessary





- Maintaining accurate records of site activities, incidents and achievements

What we're looking for

- Formal qualifications in construction management, engineering or a related discipline, or substantial hands-on experience in construction site management. Experience within the renewable energy (solar industry ) will be beneficial.

- Minimum 5 years' experience in a site management or supervisory role within the construction industry

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects from commencement through to completion

- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and relevant Australian standards and regulations

- Current and valid Construction Induction Card (White Card) and relevant certifications (e.g. First Aid)

- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams

- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office applications

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure

- Demonstrated commitment to health and safety excellence

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively





- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
