As we continue to grow across Australia and New Zealand, we're looking for a commercially savvy and results-driven National Account Manager – Grocery to join our dynamic APAC team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving growth with Australia's leading grocery retailers while helping shape the future of some of the world's most loved snacking brands.

Reporting to the Business Manager – Grocery AU/NZ, the National Account Manager – Grocery is a key commercial role within the Link Snacks APAC sales team. You will own the day-to-day relationships with Australia’s two major grocery retailers, Woolworths and Coles, and turn joint business plans into profitable growth for both Link Snacks and our retail partners.

Working closely with Marketing, Innovation, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations, you will develop consumer-centric sales initiatives, deliver best-in-class product launches and make sure plans are executed well in-store and online. This is a fast-paced role at our up-to-date Macquarie Park office, with a fun and dynamic team of professionals.

What You Will Do

1. Account Leadership: Be the primary day-to-day commercial contact for Woolworths and Coles, building trusted, long-term partnerships with buyers, category managers and supply chain teams.

2. Joint Business Planning: Develop, agree and deliver Joint Business Plans with each retailer, and track progress through regular internal and external reporting.

3. Category Captaincy: Use convincing category, shopper and consumer insights to position Link Snacks as the trusted protein snacking partner, and run insight-led category workshops and reviews.

4. Range and Promotional Planning: Lead range reviews,



promotional calendars and negotiations, working with the Business Manager and Category, Marketing and Finance teams.

5. Sales, Trade Spend and Forecasting: Deliver budgeted sales, margin and market share targets. Manage trade investment for the best return, and own forecast accuracy, including a rolling 12-month forecast and explanations of variances.

6. New Product Development and Launches: Champion customer marketing and innovation, and execute tailored launch plans so recent products achieve distribution, visibility and sales targets.

7. Account Planning: Build and maintain a three-year account plan for each customer (with the Business Manager), based on industry, category and commercial analysis, including innovation and activation plans.

What You Will Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or a related discipline.

- 3+ years’ FMCG experience in national account management or category management, ideally with Woolworths and/or Coles.

- Proven experience developing and delivering JBPs, range reviews and promotional plans.

- Strong negotiation, commercial and financial skills, including trade spend and forecasting.

- Strong analytical skills, with high attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
