About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and reliable individuals to join our team at our Darra and Richlands locations. We have opportunities available for both Team Members and an Assistant Sales Manager. These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, are passionate about customer service, and take pride in contributing to a positive and productive team. As part of our team, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive friendly, efficient service while helping maintain high standards across daily operations. Successful candidates must be available to work across weekdays and weekends, including early morning and afternoon shifts.

Key responsibilities

- Greeting customers and providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
- Taking customer orders and processing sales transactions accurately
- Supporting Drive-Thru operations to ensure orders are prepared and served efficiently
- Assisting with food preparation and ensuring product quality and presentation meet company standards
- Maintaining clean, tidy, and organised work areas
- Following food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures
- Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Restocking supplies and ensuring all necessary items are available during service
- Supporting opening and closing procedures as required
- Contributing to a positive team environment and assisting colleagues during busy periods

- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service
- Previous Drive-Thru, retail, or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential for Team Member applicants
- For the Assistant Sales Manager position, previous supervisory or management experience is preferred
