About the Role

We are seeking Service Advisor/Customer Relations team member. This role is ideal for someone with a background in caravans, automotive, or a similar industry who thrives in a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule customer bookings for caravan servicing, repairs, and maintenance.

- Act as a liaison between customers and the workshop manager to ensure service requirements are met.

- Order parts in a timely manner to fulfill service bookings.





- Provide accurate repair quotes.

- Maintain a customer-first mindset, always ensuring exceptional service.

- Process service invoices and warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

- Ensure all service invoicing is completed on the day of pickup and warranty claims are processed within four working days of job completion.

- Work closely with the workshop manager to keep invoicing up to date.

- Manage phone and email inquiries regarding invoicing and resolve queries efficiently.

- Escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience as a Service Advisor in the Caravan, Automotive, or a similar industry.
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills.
✔ Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
✔ Basic knowledge of caravans.
✔ Strong administration and customer-handling skills.
