Property Network of Australia is seeking a Facilities Manager to join a dynamic property investment firm focused on delivering safe, compliant, and well-presented assets. The company operates a collaborative environment, supporting growth and operational excellence across its property portfolio.

We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing facilities operations, compliance, and contractor coordination within the property sector and this role is an ideal opportunity to transition to the owner side.

This role is responsible for the operational management of the property portfolio, ensuring all properties meet statutory requirements and deliver high standards of presentation and service. You will work closely with another Facilities Manager, reproting to the Head of FM and support facilities administration, maintenance, and risk management processes.

Success in this position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and contractor performance
- Ensure compliance with WHS, statutory,



and lease requirements
- Coordinate maintenance requests and preventative maintenance schedules
- Support property budgeting, reporting, and financial administration
- Assist with property onboarding, offboarding, and contract setup
- Maintain accurate records and provide general administrative support

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience in facilities or property management roles
- Solid knowledge of compliance and risk management in property
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work both autonomously and in a team
