- Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Registered Midwife.
- Strong clinical expertise and commitment to evidence-based, woman-centred care.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- The ability to think critically, work autonomously and contribute positively to a collaborative team.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in continuity of care or caseload models and/or postgraduate qualifications in maternity care.
