- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated experience supporting clinical learning, capability development or workplace education.
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills with a collaborative approach.
- A commitment to evidence-based practice, quality improvement and patient-centred care.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in clinical facilitation, mentoring or leadership roles and/or additional study in education, leadership or a relevant clinical specialty.
